MabXpure is the world’s first single-use, disposable resin for bioprocess purification dedicated to the mAb industry. This DAISEP technology-based depletion media features a high selectivity for product and process related contaminant such as host-cell proteins (HCPs), DNA, and other impurities while maintaining high mAB recovery.

MabXpure combines an innovative modified silica with multimodal size exclusion anion exchange chemistries for improved scavenging properties in flowthrough mode under a wide range of conditions including pH, conductivity, buffers, mix ratio, and contact time.

MabXpure can be mixed directly with your cell culture sample and filtered off during harvest or clarification steps (midstream operations), or in dynamic conditions using ready to use formats for polishing step in the purification platform (downstream operations).

MabXpure’s single-use design will streamline process development or ease sample preparation steps. MabXpure protects the platform performance when challenged by non-ideal cell culture contaminant profiles.

MabXpure FT was developed as pre-filled 1 mL and 5 mL ready to use format for tests in dynamic conditions. MabXpure FT is compatible with common chromatography equipment, low pressure pumps and syringes. MabXpure FT formats can be tested at different loading conditions including pH, conductivity, buffer, residence time.

DAISEP SPIN

DAISEP Spin columns are designed for small scale mAb purifications, allowing you to mix your filtered or unclarified cell culture sample with depletion media. DAISEP Spin XS and DAISEP Spin XL columns incorporate a SelfSealTM membrane technology which retain the depletion media and sample in the batch incubation chamber. This enables testing various depletion media:sample mix ratios, and contact times. When column is spun at 750 x g in a benchtop centrifuge, the pores of the membrane dilate and the filtered sample is collected in the bottom of the centrifuge tube.
